REFUND POLICY

USER EXPERIENCE COMMITMENT

At fantasybat, we prioritize delivering an exceptional user experience. However, certain circumstances necessitate clarification:

Once a transaction is confirmed, cancellation is not possible. However, fantasybat may, at its discretion, permit a player to cancel a transaction and receive a refund under the following conditions:

• The player can initiate a cancellation by sending a written request to fantasybat from the registered email address; or
• If the cancellation request is received at least 2 days before the round commences, a refund may be granted.

Refunds, granted at the discretion of fantasybat, will be processed after deducting any applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Additional terms and conditions may apply at the time of the transaction, with precedence in cases of conflict.

Refunds are processed using the same mode/financial instrument as deposits and may take up to 5-7 working days for processing by the internal review team.

All winnings are subject to tax deductions ("TDS") under the Income Tax Act 1961, with details documented in TDS certificates provided to winners. Other applicable taxes, such as income taxes and gift taxes, must be paid by the winners.
